Maine Farmland Trust

Established in 1999, Maine Farmland Trust is Maine’s only statewide land trust focused exclusively on farmland. It is our mission to:

  • Protect and preserve Maine’s farmland
  • Keep agricultural lands working
  • Support the future of farming in Maine

We work with landowners, land trusts, farm groups, towns and state agencies, to identify and preserve valuable agricultural land, so that it will forever remain available for agriculture. And, through our FarmLink program, we connect farmers looking for land with farmers who have farms for sale or lease.

There will be an artists’ reception open to the public on Saturday January 30th, from 5-7 PM, at MFT Gallery, 97 Main Street, Belfast, Maine.

Opening times of the gallery are Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. For more information about this gallery show or other gallery inquiries, please contact our Gallery Coordinator at anna@mainefarmlandtrust.org or (207)338-6575.
